It is through the ATM that cardholders of participating institutions are able to enjoy various services like cash withdrawals, balance enquiry, cash deposits, mini-statements and PIN change. ATMs are located in bank branches and also in off premise locations like shopping malls.

POINT OF SALE (POS)
Kenswitch member banks' cardholders are able to make secure purchases of goods and services from merchant locations without the need for physical cash. This service is availaible countrywide at supermarkets, fuel stations, hotels, hospitals, shopping malls, etc.

MOBILE PHONE
Moblie phone penetration is very high with there being more mobile suscribers than there are bank accounts. Kenswitch members are able to access various services from their mobile phones including account enquiries, bill payments and airtime top-up.
